Dale Wilsher is an executive coach, keynote speaker, and professional development expert who helps professionals clarify their strengths, live their purpose, and lead with authenticity. She is the author of an award-winning book on personality, a faculty member for the US Chamber’s Institute of Organizational Management and the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council.

With a background in science and communication, Dale brings a unique blend of insight and energy to her work. For over 20 years, she’s inspired thousands through workshops and coaching that integrate values-based leadership, emotional intelligence, and personality science. She holds certifications including PCC, CPLC, CCSP, and DISC, and is known for helping high achievers make the most of their time and talent.
Lia Franklin is a higher education professional, spending the last 30 years in leadership roles in Colorado higher education institutions. She currently serves as Acting Director of the McNeil Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Colorado School of Mines, a new initiative for the campus.

Lia has a been a passionate champion supporting women in leadership. She spent the last 10 years leading the work of the Colorado and Wyoming Network of Women Leaders, a 501c3 focused on developing leaders and fostering excellence in the region’s colleges and universities.

Lia earned her BS in Business and MS in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University, and her Ph.D. in Leadership, Research, and Policy at University of Colorado, Colorado Springs.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We know life happens. Here’s what to expect:

Cancellations made before September 15, 2025 are eligible for a full refund minus a $75 admin fee.
Cancellations between September 15–October 15 will receive a 50% refund.
After October 15, no refunds are available.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Will I have my own room?

Yes! Every guest will have a private bedroom and bathroom. The lodges are condo style, so you will be sharing a family room, kitchen, and dining area with one other person.

Can I get a receipt for my employer?

Absolutely. We’ll send one automatically upon payment.

Is this a religious retreat?

No. While this retreat is values-based and reflective, it is not faith-specific.

What should I bring?

A detailed packing list will be provided one month before the retreat.

What time do I need to arrive?

Saturday’s session starts at 12pm MST with a catered lunch and Meet and Greet. Monday’s final session will end by 11:30am MST.

What airport do I fly into?

Fly into Denver International Airport. Commute time to Estes Park is 90 minutes. Shuttles are available for hire or you can rent a car.

How do I prepare for altitude?

Estes Park sits at an elevation of 7,500 ft on the front range of the Rocky Mountains. To prepare for altitude it is advised to hydrate well by drinking lots of water (3-4 liters per day), avoiding alcohol and heavy meals, and adding electrolytes.
